BTN Jakarta International Marathon 2024 is a rebranding name of Jakarta Run which was successfully held in November 2023, which is expected to continue to be a place & inspiration for sports enthusiasts in Indonesia in channeling their hobbies & achievements of course with several improvements as well as collaboration & support from the Provincial Government & PASI Indonesia for the trust and comfort of BTN Jakarta International Marathon (JAKIM) participants

BTN Jakarta International Marathon 2024 can be followed by :

Luggage storage will be provided at the event location or start/finish area and is intended for participants who have a BIB and with the following conditions.

• Participants are advised to arrive early if they want to leave their goods to avoid queues.
• The committee only serves goods at 03.00 until 09.00 WIB.
• Participants are expected to bring the necessary items.
• Participants are not advised to leave valuable items.
• Participants who entrust/collect goods at the baggage collection counter are required to show BIB to the officer and fill in the item entrustment form provided.

• Participants are Indonesian Citizens (WNI) & Foreign Citizens (WNA).
• Foreign participants must have a work visa.
• Participants must follow applicable health protocols.
• Age requirements:
  1. The 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon categories can be joined with a minimum age of 17 years old.
• Master category age requirements:
  1. In the Half Marathon and Marathon categories can be followed by participants aged 40 years and over.
  2. In the 10K category can be followed by participants aged 40 - 49 and 50+.
  3. Only applicable for Indonesian citizen participants.
  4. The exact age will be seen on the day of implementation.
• Terms of the 21K Community Group Challenge category:
  1. Community groups that can participate are BUMN and non BUMN.
  2. The Marathon Community Group Challenge category is invitation and General.
  3. For community challenge participants must consist of 4 people with at least 1 different gender in one group (3 women & 1 man or 3 men & 1 woman). If there is a group that does not meet the gender requirements, it will be considered forfeited if it becomes a potential winner.
  4. If there is a group that does not meet the gender requirements, they will be considered disqualified if they become potential winners.
  5. Each participant in the community challenge category only gets one BIB number. Participants are not allowed to register for more than one community challenge group.
  6. BIBs for community challenge groups will receive 4 BIBs with consecutive numbers.
  7. The community group challenge does not take place in a relay, all group members complete the marathon distance.
  8. For participants who have registered individually but want to take part in the Community Challenge category with the applicable terms and conditions, you can contact us by sending the registration order ID number.

• General Conditions
  1. Participants can register from March 10th - May 31th, 2024. As long as the quota is still available.
  2. Participants must fill in the registration form with correct data in accordance with official identity (KTP / SIM / Passport), and are not allowed to use initial names.
  3. The Organizer has the right to disqualify and forfeit the registration fee if proven to have provided incorrect data and information.
  4. Registration data filled in by participants such as name, category, race, gender, t-shirt size cannot be changed or replaced after the registration process is completed
  .
  5. Participants must complete payment in accordance with the price of the selected category until the payment status shows settlement and receive a registration confirmation
  6. email at the email after registration is made (if the participant does not get an email please check the spam/junk/promotion folder).
  7. If the payment process is interrupted or the participant accidentally closes the payment pop-up, the participant can repeat the registration process until successful.
  8. Participants can only register for 1 category.
  9. The organizer has the right to close or extend the registration period without prior notice if the capacity of participants is considered sufficient.
  10. By registering, participants are deemed to agree to all rules and regulations prepared by the organizer.

• Race packs can be collected during the Race Expo by each participant or representative starting from June 20 - 22, 2024, the location will be informed later.
• Participants are required to use the t-shirt/jersey/costume provided by the organizer, with a polite style and does not contain racial & political elements.
• Race pack collection can only be done according to the time and place specified.
• Attendance at the race pack collection is mandatory so that if the participant is not present, his participation status will be forfeited.

• All participants will receive a race pack containing a Jersey, BIB, Timing Chip, String Bag, E-Racebook, and other race materials.

• General Conditions
  1. he applicable rules are in accordance with the provisions of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) and the Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI).
  2. Participants must comply with all sports rules during the new normal period and all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizer.
  3. The organizer has the right to make changes to the implementation time and location or adjustments to the event.
  4. Cut Off Time every categories : - 10K : 2 Hours
     - Half Marathon : 4 Hours
     - Marathon : 7 Hours
     
  5. The organizer has the right to use photos or videos of the participants of this event without a time limit.
  6. The organizer is only responsible for providing first aid treatment and transporting to the nearest hospital, in the event of an injury / accident during the match.
  7. Participants who need further (intensive) help when an injury occurs are the responsibility of the participant concerned.
  8. All matters relating to children (especially child injuries / accidents) are the responsibility of their respective parents / companions.
  9. Participants agree, know and understand that there are risks and dangers arising from participation in the competition and have no right to sue the organizer for any incident that may cause bodily injury, disability or death. The safety of participants during the event is the responsibility of each participant.
  10. Animals, bicycles, in-line skates, strollers, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers or other wheeled aids are not allowed on the route.
  11. Participants will uphold sportsmanship during the event and commit not to engage in conduct detrimental to other participants.
  12. Participants must know and run according to the designated route.
  13. Participants who are declared winners are participants who complete the match with the best time record, according to the race category, wear a chest number according to their personal data when registering and do not commit any fraud.
  14. Participants who complete the match outside the above conditions, are considered canceled and are not entitled to a medal / prize.
  15. Participants who start the race before the race officially starts will be disqualified.
  16. Participants who do not follow other rules set by the Organizer will be disqualified.
  
  
• Jersey & BIB Terms
  1. Participants are advised to use the jersey provided by the organizer.
  2. The BIB number is the participant's chest number which must be used on the front of the participant's shirt so that it is clearly visible.
  3. Participants must wear t-shirts/jerseys/costumes provided by the organizer, in style polite and does not contain elements of SARA & Politics.
  4. It is prohibited to bend, tear, or do anything else that can cause damage to the chip and cause loss of your personal results. / On BIB (if there is no CHIP
  5. Registration and participant's breastplate number (BIB) are not transferable or tradable to other parties.
  6. Selling or transferring a participant's chest number to another person will result in the disqualification and/or ban of any individual involved in subsequent events.

• All finishers are entitled to a medal.
• The decision of the jury regarding the determination of the winner is absolute and cannot be contested.
• Participants in the master category are entitled to the national category podium, if their time record is superior in that category.
• The winner of the national category is entitled to be the winner in the open category.
• Foreign nationals can only win prizes in the Open category, namely Marathon and Half Marathon.
• Half Marathon & Marathon categories will receive a finisher tee.
• If more than 1 group from the same community enters the potential winner, the group with the fastest time will win.
• In the event of cheating, participants can protest verbally and followed by a written protest before the announcement of the winner.
• The protest letter is attached with evidence and signed using a stamp duty. The protest fee is Rp500.000,- (Five Hundred thousand rupiah).
• If the jury's initial decision is proven correct, the participant's protest fee will be forfeited.

• The organizer has the right to cancel, change, or replace, any prizes at any time with or without notice to participants.
• The organizer reserves the right to award prizes within the time period set by the organizer. Prizes cannot be exchanged or cashed.
• Prize collection cannot be represented or transferred and is required to show the original identity in accordance with the registration data.
• The prize tax is borne by the winner.
